This privately owned, four-bedroom vacation home was designed by avant-garde Yale architect Arthur Klipfeld. Services & Amenities Four bedrooms, two full baths, large living room with fireplace and dining room area, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, washer/dryer, private sun deck, changing / ski storage area. The unit can sleep up to 10 people and has a variety of bedding including queen bed, twin beds, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. Maid service is included as well as sheets and linens. We accept all methods of payment. Checks should be made payable to David Logan and be mailed to Mr. Logan at 537 Fowler Ave Pelham, NY 10803. CONFIRMATION Upon receipt of payment for rental period, a written contract and keys to the condo will be mailed to the renter. CANCELLATION There is no cancellation policy since we take the unit off the market, via our classified advertising, upon receipt of rental fee. In the event of an emergency we will do whatever we can to accommodate the situation.
